E3 2011: Nintendo Wii, Sony NGP, XBox Kinect, Halo 4 All On The Way
The Electronic Entertainment Expo, or E3, kicks off in Los Angeles this week, and rumors are flying through the Twitterverse. Nintendo is expected to announce the high-definition successor to the Wii, codenamed Project Cafe, while Sony, still struggling with attacks on its PlayStation Network, is set to debut its new Next Generation Portable, or NGP, handheld. And Microsoft has announced new games like Star Wars Kinect and Halo 4, in addition to voice recognition, live TV, and YouTube on Xbox Live. All in all, it’s a good week to be a gamer.
