Watch in high definition! Classic Game Room HD reviews the dreaded Xbox 360 Red Ring of Death! Wow, this is not awesome. Although CGRHD likes blinking red things and believes the “red ring of death” or RROD for short, to be an excellent warning sign that something is wrong…. the fact that it even exists is a problem given the high price of an Xbox 360 and the fact that many, many, many people get to play Red Ring of Death when they don’t want to. How does this Red Ring of Death video footage compare to the Blue Ring of Death? Well, there isn’t a blue ring of death. Just a red one. And when you get it that means that its time to contact Microsoft and their Xbox 360 support department and request warranty service. Three red rings, three years of warranty is what they claim. CGRHD is out to review how fast this problem is resolved because we having a working Atari 2600 and 7800 from 1986 as well as numerous Sega consoles that still work, a SNES, Colecovision and Magnavox Odyssey 2. This is the red ring of death. Now lets see how this warranty service works out…. the good news is that Microsoft does respond to emails asap and Im already on the way to getting it repaired.

Xbox 360 JTAG Tutorial – Part 1
Watch in HD. In this video series, I will be demonstrating how the JTAG hack is executed on an Xbox 360. This tutorial assumes an intermediate level knowledge of electronics. Please take note of the following requirements to complete this project: – A PC with an LPT port. – A CAT5 cable. – An LPT printer cable or male connector. – A soldering iron. – Reasonably good soldering skills. – An Xbox 360 with a Xenon motherboard and a dashboard revision below the 8xxx series. – Torx 8 and 10 screwdrivers, and optionally, a flathead screwdriver. To identify your motherboard, you can refer to the diagram below: www.360-hq.com If your board-side power connector matches the first image and you do not have a HDMI port, you have a Xenon motherboard. Please do not ask me about dashboard downgrades, assistance with the 10th perstige glitch, or if there is some way to apply the JTAG hack to an updated console. If your dashboard version number starts with an “8″, you will not be able to apply the JTAG hack under ANY circumstances. Regarding 10th prestige: This is all but impossible to achieve now with a JTAG Xbox 360. Any Xbox 360 signing into Xbox LIVE with the JTAG hack will be BANNED within MINUTES. There is no way to avoid this. Please make sure you understand all of this BEFORE you PM me, as the volume of messages continues to increase! @_@;

Classic Game Room HD – HALO 3 ODST review Xbox 360 Pt1
Part 1 of 3, Classic Game Room HD reviews Halo 3 ODST for Xbox 360. The city of New Mombosa is under attack by the Covenant and your team of highly trained ODST (orbital drop shock troopers) is sent in to take care of business but something goes wrong… In a storytelling style reminiscent of Akira Kurosawa’s film, Rashomon, Halo 3 ODST takes some chances with the first person shooter style and succeeds with awesome storytelling of a mediocre storyline. Gameplay is traditional Halo, shoot, explode, hit enemies and drive trucks around in circles until they blow up. This CGR review of Halo 3 ODST has gameplay from the Xbox 360 shooter Halo 3 ODST showing FPS shooter game play in action during the campaign and multiplayer versions of Halo 3 ODST for Xbox 360. ODST has achievement points for Xbox 360 and you unlock Halo 3 ODST achievement by shooting things and completing the game, basic stuff like that. The game has a great musical track and stylish environments. While ODST is missing Master Chief, you play as the Rookie and several other characters to tell the story of Halo 3 ODST.
