Online Roulette System – The Martingale

by Jack Lewis on October 7, 2009

I am going to give you some information about the most common and oldest roulette system ” the Martingale System.

The steps you must take in order to use the Martingale system are easy: First, pick some sort of even money bet, for example odd/even, and then place a bet. Every time you lose, double your next bet, with the result of covering your loss.

You keep on doubling your bet after every single loss and eventually you will get a win and you will still end up with a profit. People have been trying to use this system for years and no one has succeeded long term.

This is because while your bet usually starts out very small it only takes a few losses and you are soon betting large amounts just to cover your losses. Even if you start at $1 after 9 losses you will have lost $511 and your next bet would need to be $512.

The table limit can also pose a problem ” i.e. Casinos have an amount that you cannot bet over. Therefore, when you keep doubling your bets, you are certain to meet the table limit quickly.

The Martingale system is everywhere on the internet, you will find that the majority of websites will advertise it as a way of making easy cash ” this is completely false and is actually a way of conning people out of their hard earned money.

Websites advertising the Martingale system all lead back to the casinos themselves, they are attempting to lure people to them, all the while knowing that these people will lose a lot of money.

In summary, I strongly advise you to not use the Martingale System; you WILL end up losing out. Think about it ” if it actually did work, would all these online casinos still be in business now? The answer is no, they would have been bankrupted ages ago. If you come across a website where they claim that the Martingale does work, ignore them ” theyre lying.
