So how does a casino determine the outcome of all games? It is done by using a random number generator. It doesnt remember what numbers it puts out; its job is to just distribute numbers evenly over time, no tricks.

In conclusion, if you are toying with the ideas of having a go at online roulette, I say go for it, because the stories of it being fixed in some way are completely fabricated.
