My SONY PSP is Broken or “Bricked” NEED HELP!!

—–READ DESCRIPTION— Recently, while updating my psp to version 4.00, my psp turned off randomly and wasn’t able to recover. In other words my psp is brigged. I have tried everything but can’t get it to recovery mode. Please help
