Lawyer Man: Powell is aces in this entertaining drama as an ambitious attorney, with an eye for the chicks, who tangles with crooked congressmen. Blondell is his dependable, lovesick secretary. Powell even talks Yiddish in this one. Cast includes William Powell, Joan Blondell, Claire Dodd, Sheila Terry, Alan Dinehart, David Landau, Roscoe Karns, and Sterling Holloway. (72 minutes, 1932)

Navy Seals: Navy Seals go into the Mid-East to rescue captured US pilots. During this successful rescue, the Seals observe that the enemy terrorist have Stinger missiles in their possession. With no time to destroy the missiles, they leave them behind and complete the rescue mission. We need to recover these weapons before terrorists have the chance to use them.

A Cry in The Dark: The amazing true tale of Lindy Chamberlain, an Australian female implicated of killing her infant, in spite of her claims that the youngster was taken by a dingo (a wild Australian dog). Author-director Schepisi informs his tale with nearly documentary like actuality, eloquently assaulting the format of trial by story that made Chamberlain and her spouse the most maligned couple in Australia. Streep and Neill are heartbreakingly excellent. Cast includes Meryl Streep, Sam Neill, Bruce Myles, Charles Tingwell, Notch Tate, and Lewis Fitzgerald. (121 minutes, 1988)

Jurassic Park: Billionaire Attenborough asks paleontologists Dem and Neill, and mathematician Goldblum to examine his island entertainment park, populated with living dinosaurs. He even has his grandchildren tag along, peacefully skeptical that anything might go awry. Slam-bang thriller is loaded with action, anticipation, hair-raising chills, and landmark visual effects: the dinosaurs appear real. It won three Oscars, for Graphic Outcomes, Noise, and Noise Outcomes Revising. Cast includes Sam Neill, Laura Dem, Jeff Goldblum, Richard Attenborough, Bob Poke, Ariana Richards, Samuel L. Cul-De-Sac: Macabre comedy in regards to 2 injured gangsters who terrorize middle-aged milquetoast and his gorgeous spouse. Not a total winner, although excellent cast and trendy direction make it a good movie. Cast includes Donald Pleasence, Francoise Dode, Lionel Stander, Jack MacGowrah, lain Quarrier, and Jacqueline Bisset. (111 minutes, 1966)

12 Monkeys: The year is 2035 and the human race has been nearly demolished. Only about 1% of the population has survived, and life on the surface of the planet is impossible. Scientists now send a reluctant man back in time, to try and stop the whole sequence of events before they get started.
