Blind Date: Tiresome retread of all-too familiar farcical material by Blake Edwards. Yuppie Willis takes Basinger out on a pre arranged blind date, urged that she shouldn’t have alcohol and instantly gives her champagne. This film is hilarious. This was Willis’ featuring debut; guitarist Stanley Jordan makes a lyrical appearance. Cast includes Kim Basinger, Bruce Willis, John Larroquette, William Daniels, and Graham Stark. Dinner for Adele: Genuinely wacky film that finds idol Notch Carter in Prague in the year 1900 examining a killing spree that ultimately leads to carnivorous plant identified as Adele. A tongue in cheek film is finished in the style of a quiet melodrama. Cast includes Rudolf Hrusinsky, Milos Kopecky, Nada Konvalinkova, and Ladislav Pesek. (100 minutes, 1978)

Night of the Demons: On Halloween day, wouldn’t you know it some common adolescents pick the wrong acquired mortuary to reception in. Everything in reference to this amateurish film is unnecessary, containing the film itself. Cast includes Cathy Podewell, Alvin Alexis, William Gallo, Mimi Kinkade, Linnea Quigley, and Spear Fenton. (89 minutes, 1987)

A Fan’s Notes: Bewildered, football-infatuated author becomes disenchanted with the Incredible American Fantasy of prosperity and compliance, and ends up in an insane asylum. A poor rendition of Frederick Exley’s highly considered novel. Cast includes Jerry Orbach, Burgess Meredith, Patricia Collins, Julia Ann Robinson, and Rosemary Murphy. (100 minutes, 1972)

The Incredible Gentleman: A well known and beloved Television megastar dies and Ferrer disposes his commemoratory show, only to find the megastar was a disgraceful fake. Al Morgan adjusted Morgan’s thinly veiled novel in regards to Arthur Godfrey. Cast includes Jose Ferrer, Dean Jagger, Keenan Wynn, Julie London, Jim Backus, and Ed Wynn. (92 minutes, 1956)

China Girl: American photographer in the bizarre Orient throughout WW2 is background for incredible adventure story. Cast includes Gene Tierney, George Montgomery, Lynn Bari, Winner McLagen, Sig Ruman, Bobby Robert Cook, and Ann Pennington. (95 minutes, 1942)

Red Tomahawk: Commander Keel saves the town from the Sioux Indians in this Western film with lots of likable actors in the cast. Cast includes Howard Keel, Joan Caulfield, Broderick Crawford, Scott Brady, Wendell Corey, Richard Arlen, and Donald Barry. (82 minutes, 1967)

Ricochet: Nick Styles is now the assistant DA of Los Angeles. Years ago, as a rookie cop, he helped put master criminal Earl Talbot Blake behind bars. Now Blake has escaped from prison. He has only one thing on his mind, revenge.

Night Must Fade: Cerebral effort to match the original, this redo is too apparent and theatrical for any credibility. Cast includes Albert Finney, Susan Hampshire, Mona Washbourne, Sheila Hancock, Michael Medwin, Joe Gladwin, and Martin Wyldeck. (105 minutes, 1964)
